Organizational Meeting a Success
Thank you to all who attended our first organizational meeting.
Committees will now move forward with their various tasks and action items, and we will regroup in two weeks to share and discuss progress and to create plans for our next steps.
In the meantime, we have speakers attending the Dept. of Oil & Gas meeting in Charleston today, and a group of us will plan to attend the County Commission meeting next Wednesday.
We will be updating the Meeting Calendar shortly.
Top priority for all of us is to contact our leaders and the relevant governing agencies and tell them about our concerns. A great place to start is with our County Commissioners and the DEP. Please review the Action Items page often for contact information and more.
We have a long road ahead and I implore all of you to keep up the good fight!
